Education
I completed VCE in 1997 with high study scores in both Math Methods and Specialist Maths. I also earned a dual bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Education from La Trobe University.
Experience
I began teaching in 2006 and haven't stopped since! I have taught at various secondary schools in Victoria, South Australia, and the UK. I am a current teacher of Maths in a secondary school in Melbourne's northern suburbs. My specialty is Mathematics (especially at the senior level, including Specialist Mathematics 3&4 and IB Diploma Maths subjects) but I can also tutor Chemistry (VCE units 1 and 2) and Physics (VCE units 1 to 4). I can also help with first-year university-level maths. I find maths problems to be a form of recreation and most of my students think I'm crazy because of it. However, loving what you're learning makes it easier to master difficult concepts. If I can share my passion for numbers with you, the rest will take care of itself.
