I graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science majoring in microbiology and a Bachelor of Education. I completed my double degree with a distinction average. Completed VCE in 2015 and received an ATAR of 96.85 and a 45 in VCE Biology. I also completed Extension Biology at Monash University during Year 12 and scored a High Distinction.
Experience
I am now a registered teacher and have two years of experience teaching in a school. I now have five years of tutoring experience with a wide range of students. I achieved a raw score of 45 in VCE Biology, putting me in the top 2% of the state and I wish to pass on this knowledge to my students. I am passionate about teaching and I have a deep interest and love for Biology and I aim to inspire the same passion in my students which is essential in this content-heavy subject. I am very friendly and outgoing and will teach you in a very engaging and fun manner which will help you remember the plethora of information in the course. I also have resources such as chapter tests which will help you along throughout the year and will be happy to provide help outside of class times (via email or phone). I have a very bubbly and enthusiastic personality. I enjoy learning about anything to do with science (especially biology), creative writing, reading and hanging out with friends! I have adopted a ginger cat called Archie (I call him Archibald when he's naughty though). No one told me that cat fur would be on everything forever! Oh well!
