Experience
I have extensive experience teaching students one-on-one, in a classroom, and in large groups in grades 1-12 as well as university-level students. My work with students includes specific instructional experience working with students with behavioral and academic special needs. I have two years of experience teaching in a school which includes experience with curriculum planning. Additionally, I have twelve years of tutoring experience. Finally, I have more than fifteen years of experience teaching music lessons. I currently tutor elementary, middle, and high school students in a wide variety of courses in the fields of English, science, and social studies. I am also available to tutor students who are preparing for an upcoming standardized exam in one of these fields such as the ACT, CLEP, ASPIRE, PSAT, and COMPASS exams. Additionally, I work with students who are enrolled in AP courses within the same fields such as AP United States History and AP Music Theory.
