I am a fourth-year student at Monash University, where I am studying to earn my Bachelor of Arts in History and Japanese Studies.
Experience
I completed the Working With Children Check. My ATAR score was 92.5. I earned Band 6 in NSW HSC Japanese Continuers and Band 5 in Japanese Extension. I completed Japanese Intermediate 2 at Macquarie University and Japanese Proficient 1 and 2 at Monash University. I also completed Japanese: Language and Society at Monash University. I tutor the Japanese language in several areas, including primary and secondary, and adult learners at the beginner and intermediate levels. I teach using a combination of both textbook and non-textbook methods. I also assist with specific areas of difficulty, including grammar, kanji, conversation, etc. I can also teach essential Japanese to those traveling to Japan.
