I earned my master's degree in agriculture from Kyoto University. I also have a master's degree in the environment from the University of Melbourne and a bachelor's degree in agriculture from Kyoto University, focusing on forest and biomaterials science.
Experience
I am a native speaker of Japanese. I am an experienced Japanese tutor in Melbourne who is passionate about supporting students. I have studied English, so I know how to improve students' language skills. I take different approaches to teach different students. I will prepare your lessons and materials based on your own individual goals. I will continuously give you the chance to consolidate what you learn with a lot of practice through active use. From October 2016 to the present, I have taught about 60 students from all over the world online. From November 2016 through March 2017, I taught Japanese at Halong University in Vietnam. In May 2017, I moved to Melbourne and started teaching Japanese. Currently, I have 25 one-on-one students. My qualifications include completed a training course for Teaching Japanese as a Foreign Language at The World Japanese Language Centre. I also completed 420 hours of an advanced Japanese teaching course.
