Experience
I am a Chinese Radio DJ. I am fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin. I was born and raised in Guangdong China. At the age of 18, I moved from China to New York City where I spent the last 7 years of my life. In NYC, I was working at the largest Chinese radio station called AM1480 as a radio personality/broadcaster. It is similar to SBS here in Australia. I hosted 3 weekly prime-time shows and also announced daily news, weather, and financial reports all in Chinese. At the same time, I was also tutoring Chinese as a side job. I really enjoyed helping students of all ages learn the Chinese language and apply it to their everyday lives. I have had students ranging from 2 years old to 80 years old. I offer tutoring in Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese.
