I received my Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with first-class honors and am presently a current Ph.D. candidate in mathematics.

Experience

I have extensive experience tutoring high school maths and some experience tutoring at the university level. I currently have two university students I am tutoring in first-year engineering maths. I offer tutoring in statistics, the mathematical foundations of computer science, and calculus. If you want to study calculus, some of the things that we can cover include limits, functions, derivatives, integrals, and infinite series. We can explore linear functions, where the degree of change stays constant and the graph of said function is in a straight line. We can also get into differential equations, which are equations that contain a derivative of the function. Understanding differential equations is important for many fields of study, including biology, physics, and engineering. We can also cover polynomial functions, reciprocal functions, vertical scaling, and applying modulus.
