I have an Honors Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma of French from the University of Melbourne. I also have a master's degree in Social Work from RMIT University.
Experience
I have worked as a private French tutor for over 12 years. I was also the in-house tutor at University High School for two years. I ran conversation groups with year 12 students to help them prepare for their oral assessments. I have also been a university tutor in politics I am able to tutor others in Spanish, as I have been perfecting it over the last three years. I am passionate about the joy of learning, and I love to speak Spanish and discover Hispanic and Latin American culture. I have lived in Chile and traveled extensively in Central and South America. When I lived in Chile, I taught English which gave me further experience in developing my teaching style. I want to share my love of Spanish and Latin American culture with students.

Hobbies
I love reading, travelling, hiking, learning and weekends away with friends. I am passionate about social and environmental justice which has led me to begin a masters of social work. I am also passionate about the power of education and community. I really like discussing big ideas with both friends and people I have just met. I recently travelled through Mexico and Cuba and felt lucky to be able to converse with locals in Spanish about their lives and cultures, and also to discover the history of that region.
