I have a bachelor's degree in mechatronics engineering and a master's degree in mechanical engineering from The University of Melbourne.
Experience
Having been told that I explain complex topics in a simple and holistic way, I can tutor mathematics such that it's easier for students to understand and visualize. I focus on teaching to help students retain information for longer and apply it in new ways. Areas I can help in include high school math, ACCUPLACER arithmetic, and mechanical engineering. I can provide practice questions and comprehensive review for exams such as the PSAT Mathematics and SAT Subject Test in Mathematics Level 1/Level 2. If your child needs help in 6th grade science, I can provide help there as well, teaching the fundamentals and helping to build up from there. In addition to being a tutor, I have published two research papers and am in the process of patenting two technologies I developed.
