Hi! My name is Amy. I‘ve graduated from the University of Melbourne last year and now I am studying master of finance at Monash University. I am a native Chinese speaker and I also speak fluent English because I went overseas to study since high school. I speak standard Chinese without any accent so you can learn the most standard Chinese speaking. I have one-year working experience of teaching Mandarin. If you are the beginner of Chinese, I will start teaching from Pinyin( so you can pronounce all the Chinese words). Then I will teach you some basic and most frequent used words, for example, number, color, time. After you can understand and learn how to use those words, we can start doing sentences and studying grammar. If you already know some Chinese but struggling with grammar and fluency of spoken Chinese or writing, I can help you also. For spoken Chinese, we can do free talk, for example, i will prepare some topics and we can discuss. I will correct you and help you express yourself during the conversation. In my opinion, the best way to learn a language is through conversation. If you need some help of grammar and Writing, I will help you look through your writing and help you correct the grammar mistakes. I am a very patient and friendly person. My class will be relaxing and entertaining. I am still studying so my timetable will be flexible. I am able to meet in CBD or universities library.
