I have a Bachelor of Computer Science and Technology from Guangdong Ocean University. I studied for my Master of Business Systems at Monash University. I hold a Certificate IV of Small Business Management from Boxhill Institute. I earned the E-DISC Human Behaviour Consultant and Certified NLP practitioner at The Coaching Institute. I am a Competent Communicator with the Toastmasters Club.

Experience

In 2007, I opened my first Pizza Hut business. The following year, I started up an ACN sales representative business in which I sold telephone and mobile services with a team of over 30 people. I began the third business in 2009, which is a commercial cleaning business in the Bayswater area. I continued building my businesses and built public speaking skills through the Toastmaster Club. In 2012, I won a speech contest on Division Level in Toastmaster. I joined Business Network International to improve my networking skills in 2013. I started a coaching practice in 2014 and achieved division-level in a public speaking contest. In 2015, I assisted more than 25 people as a coach and led 40 people in a workshop. I co-taught a public speaking course for the Victorian School of Performing Arts at St. Margaret's and Berwick Grammar School, as well as a Speechcraft Program that teaches professional public speaking. In 2016, I facilitated 10 workshops to nearly 400 audiences in total for different organizations, including the 2016 Toastmaster District 73 Convention in Adelaide. Most important of all, I helped more than 10 clients in achieving results in personal, financial, and business areas. In 2017, I worked with 23 business clients in improving their work performance.
