Hey, I am Pia! I am currently working as a marketing professional at Thomson Reuters in Sydney. I have also been working part-time as a statistics tutor with students on a one-on-one basis for almost 4 years now. I have enjoyed teaching so much that I decided to pursue a Ph.D. with the aim of working as an academic in the future. As an experienced tutor, I know how to approach all concepts in a manner that students find more approachable and easier to understand. First and foremost, I always focus on the intuition of the concept, we need to understand why we are doing something before we delve into the mathematics of it.
