Education
I have a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics. My PhD thesis was about the grid integration of renewable energy sources into weak grids. I have quite a lot hands-on experience in inverter control design, control systems, nonlinear systems, and power systems dynamics. It is worth mentioning that I did a MSc in power systems dynamics and a BSc in control systems. Finally, I have years of experience in lab demonstration and tutoring in Australia and overseas.
Experience
I have gained invaluable experience as a teacher. I have conducted demonstration classes in many different units, including Power Electronics, Power System Dynamics, Linear Control Systems, Modern Control Systems, Electrical Machinery, Nonlinear Control Systems, Optimal Control, Electrical Circuits, Power Systems Analysis, Linear Algebra, and Engineering Mathematics. I am an expert in different software programs, such as MATLAB, Simulink, PSCAD, PowerFactory, PSS/E, and Filter Design, among others. I don't teach one-dimensionally. Instead, I strive to help my students build a deep understanding of the underlying principles and skills required for their success in their field of study.
