Many years of teaching experience teaching ESL. I worked for AMES for over 4 years teaching English on SKype-catering to Chinese students. I lived and worked in China for 3 years teaching ESL and have taught ESL in the TAFE system I always start with where the students is at-based on their needs analysis. I always try to make the learning fun, achievable and make sure that certain learning outcomes are achieved at the end of each lesson
