I have completed a Bachelor of Primary Education degree at the Australian Catholic University.
Experience
I have been working with students and providing them with additional academic support, guidance, and assistance in the primary school setting for the past 7 years now. In addition to this, I also have prior experience teaching students from the Prep to the Year 4 levels of study. At the moment, I am employed in a position of leadership within my current school. In my tutoring sessions, the pace at which you learn and work through challenging concepts is entirely dependent on you. In addition to this, you determine what subjects, topics, and material we cover in our private and personalized one-on-one tutoring sessions. Over and above all of this, my private tutoring sessions give students the opportunity to benefit from individualized one-on-one attention, prompt action to address any issues or problem areas, as well as regular feedback on their learning and progress.

Hobbies
I come from a large family, I am one of 5 girls and have grown up in a somewhat busy household. I have always loved education and working with children. Being the eldest of my siblings I always took on the role of assisting with homework and school. This led me to work in education. Over the years I have worked in many different capacities with children. Whilst studying I worked in childcare, private nanny work, holiday programs and after school care. After completing my studies began working in Catholic Education. I recently decided to further my studies by enrolling in a Masters of Literacy Education which specialises in early years literacy development (learning to read, write and speak). I have recently become engaged and we are planning a wedding for summer 2020, I love dogs (especially our blue heeler Ollie) and have a passion for sustainability and the environment.
