As a freelance tutor, Parker has had experience helping students achieve success in subjects from statistics and mathematics, to marketing communications and ethics. Parker has held leadership positions in Human Resources, Operations Management and Management Consulting for the Financial Services, Retail, and Management Accounting sectors. Parker structures his tutorials around 3 key principles: Engage, Organize and Execute. Expression is a big part of teaching, and Parker is very expressive. Aside from talking about myself in the third person, my other passions in life have been mentoring young people and developing primary research to better understand how consumers and other stakeholders behave in business environments. As a kid I always loved puzzles, and people are the greatest puzzle of all. My teaching style is build off of an understanding that we each engage in Behaviors, that are supported by our Intentions, to deliver an Outcome. We build our understanding of our self-worth around these three pillars: Intention, Behavior, Outcome. So by working with young people to better understand how they perceive and manifest these pillars, I try to help them gain a sense of self confidence and clarity that only someone who is as immersed in the psychology of young people as I am can provide.
