Aside from talking about myself in the third person, my other passions in life have been mentoring young people and developing primary research to better understand how consumers and other stakeholders behave in business environments. As a kid I always loved puzzles, and people are the greatest puzzle of all. My teaching style is build off of an understanding that we each engage in Behaviors, that are supported by our Intentions, to deliver an Outcome. We build our understanding of our self-worth around these three pillars: Intention, Behavior, Outcome. So by working with young people to better understand how they perceive and manifest these pillars, I try to help them gain a sense of self confidence and clarity that only someone who is as immersed in the psychology of young people as I am can provide.
