Experience
My major asset to Students, is to help make law principles simpler and easier to understand and to learn. I have both invaluable industry and law lecturing experience, having been in general legal practice for 18 years.Also, for the past 18 years I have been Lecturing and Tutoring in Law (Undergrad and Post-Grad), at Universities and Colleges in Melbourne. Also, I was a full time Law Lecturer (Level C) at Deakin University, for a period of 4 years. My experience in teaching International Students, is extensive, having taught all areas of 'Law and Business' as a Sessional Lecturer... at Universities and International Colleges... for around the past 18 years. -My Students continually achieve oustanding results through my engaging teaching methods. - Over the past few Semesters of 2020 - 2021... my 'Setu', (Student Evaluation Feedback Score) has been averaging at 4.8 out of 5, which demonstrates the very high level of Student satisfaction, for my teaching. - I am dedicated to providing excellent law education, not simply for achievement of a Educational Qualifications but also for the attainment of valuable life empowerment skills. Knowledge of the law is empowerment. Much of my coaching is assisted through my specially prepared 'Maps','Notes', 'Handouts‘ and Flow - Charts' which help Students to more easily understand, analyse and apply legal principles, identify the issues, and to provide inciteful and appropriate conclusions to legal questions. Due to my extensive practical experience in law and business for 18 years, and being a Company Director of 6 Companies, this allows me to present 'real life examples', 'role plays' and 'case studies', so that Students are immersed in practical learning and wisdom. My passion is to ...help empower Students to achieve their very best and... to provide inspiration, understanding and awareness of the Law, for the betterment of their professional and personal lives.
