Hi, My name is Cassie and I am a passionate and experienced tutor. Over the past three years I have tutored more than 20 students and helped them to achieve their best. I love teaching and working with students, particularly with areas that they feel haven't been covered well enough in class and therefore want a bit more assistance with in order to achieve deep understanding. I also focus on teaching students how to answer exams because I know this is a skill in itself, in addition to knowing the material. I have summaries and study materials which I created in year 12 which I now share with my students to help them succeed. I completed the IB diploma at a school in Kew graduating in 2012 with a score of 42/45 (ATAR 99.35). Some of my individual subject scores were Biology HL 7/7 Chemistry HL 7/7 Maths HL 6/7 I'm currently a 3rd year science student at Melbourne University double majoring Applied Maths and Biochemistry/Molecular Biology. I'm happy to teach on a weekly basis or on a lesson by lesson basis (for students who want one off tutoring sessions only when they're needing some extra assistance). I am available to tutor in any of these subjects at the State Library or from my home in Balwyn. I can tutor in one or more subjects.
