I have completed my Bachelors in Microbiology and Biochemistry from University of Mumbai, India. I did my Masters in Biochemistry from Institute of Science, Mumbai University with distinction.
Experience
My ardent interest in teaching has paved a way for me into this profession back in India after completing my Masters. I have a vast experience of 10 years in teaching University students in the subject of Biochemistry - Clinical, Nutritional, Microbiology & Immunology, Genetics and Molecular Biology. I have taught undergraduate BSc and post graduate Msc students of Biochemistry, Microbiology and Biotechnology. Also, I have worked as an Senior examiner at the University level in India. Theory apart, I have also been supervising several scientific projects related to Molecular Biology, Biochemistry and Microbiology. I have been rigourousely involved in project application at the University Grant Commission in Mumbai. Currently I am working as Scientist Mentor on casual basis at Gene technology access centre, Melbourne. I am enjoying my job to my full potential and this jist of learning and educating keeps me moving on.
