- Worked at tutoring company (Ezy Math Tutoring) - Worked at educational centre (Kumon) I have quite a lot of experience in tutoring. I prefer to tutor lower grades, as I believe the lower grades set the foundations for higher levels - this is where the main focus should be. My approach to tutoring is to mentor, instead of teaching. Rote learning can only take one so far - it's the ability to use logic and intuition, and apply familiar concepts to new scenarios that make the difference.
