I have completed a Master of Science degree with a specialization in Bioinformatics from the University of Melbourne. I am currently a Ph.D. candidate at La Trobe University specializing in Computational Biology.
Experience
I have 2 years of experience working as a tutor for COMP10001 Foundations of Computing, MAST10005 Calculus 1, General Chemistry, Year 7 and 11 Maths, as well as Chinese Mandarin. In addition to this, I am proficient in Python, R, UNIX Shell scripting, Git, and Makefile. I have previously worked with HPC clusters and I have a strong background in Biology. I am also fluent in English, Cantonese, and Chinese Mandarin. I have the skills, experience, and expertise to provide interested students with private and personalized tutoring sessions in Technical Writing, Biostatistics, and Python.
