I have worked as a VCE Chemistry tutor for over three years and have tutored over 9 students. I primarily work with students who struggle in chemistry and I find it to be a highly rewarding experience to be able to help them improve and succeed in chemistry. I specialize in one on one tutoring and I always try to make my classes as interactive as possible so that student's are always involved and awake. I use examples and provide notes throughout the classes and also utilize a range of other resources. I help identify problem areas, develop class schedules to work towards overcoming these problem areas as well as helping students to prepare for assessments. I try to keep students ahead of the class and focus upon working towards improving the understanding of foundation concepts to enable students to more strongly grasp topics later in the year. *Classes are usually run in 1.5 hour blocks but this is negotiable
