I scored a 720 on my GMAT, finishing better than the 97th percentile. That helped me get into the State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany, from which I earned a master's in Tax and Accounting in 2002. I was admitted to the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society for being in the top 20% of my class. I am also a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) in California and a Chartered Accountant in Australia.
Experience
I have experience tutoring students in several different subjects at SUNY Albany. I find that answering student questions reinforces my own understanding of and interest in the material, making tutoring a great way to supplement my income. I also have a Working with Children Check card, so parents can rest assured that their young learners will be safe with me.
