I completed my Bachelor ( Honours) of Environmental and Civil Engineering in 2016, now I am studying Master and also working part time as a Continuous Improvement Engineer for a manufacturing plant firm. But my love of teaching maths has led me to become an enthusiastic tutor. I have been doing tutoring maths for more than 5 years. I can tutor all students at all levels and I specialise in VCE maths, especially maths methods. I believe tutoring should be affordable for every student, and it must have good qualities. Therefore, I'm offering the rates which are : One-on-one tutoring : $50/ 1 hour or $75 / 2 hours A group of 2 students : $ 40/1 hour or $ 65/2 hours for each student A group of 3 students : $ 35/ 1 hour or $55/2 hours A groups of 4 students : $30/ 1 hour or $45/ 2 hours. If you are in financial difficulty but would like tutoring ( especially for those who are doing year 12 VCE), feel free to contact me and let me know about your circumstances, I can give you a bit of discounts, or you might form a group of tutoring with your friends, so it will be cheaper but I will ensure everyone learn at the best. Especially, the first lesson will be 50% discount and I'm sure you won't be disappointed !
Experience
I have been tutoring for more than 5 years which gave me lots of valuable experience in methods of teaching. I always try to find the easiest ways to help students at all levels be able to understand the Maths concepts and apply to deal with many hard Maths problems. My philosophy of teaching is " If there is a will, there is a way". It doesn't matter how many times you might have failed maths, but you are willing to try harder and harder, there will be a way to get you there. I can tutor Maths for students all all levels but mainly focus on VCE year-12 maths. For primary and secondary student, I can teach them in advance to help them have a solid fundamental knowledge. For VCE students, I try to help students know some useful tips, hints and the general methods to deal with each particular type of questions. I have tutored numerous students who did VCE Maths Methods in Melbourne.
