I am currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in economics and finance at the University of Melbourne.
Experience
Legally Australian yet ethnically Chinese, I grew up in multicultural Singapore. I have been lucky as a third-culture kid, where my experiences in the expat community taught me to really appreciate culturally different views. As part of my academic career, I've had the opportunity to be an exchange student at the New York University Stern School of Business and to serve as the Model United Nations President. I'm fluent in Mandarin Chinese and I hope to offer not only academic advice, but also a bit of knowledge on the surrounding world in terms of culture, international experiences, and extracurricular activities. I currently work primarily with high school and college students who are studying microeconomics, macroeconomics, finance, and econometrics. I also work with students who are taking similar courses as part of the International Baccalaureate (IB) program such as IB Economics HL.
