Education
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Language and Literature-Linguistics. I graduated from the National University of Jakarta, Indonesia, in 2012 with an A+ grade for my thesis research. My thesis is in sociolinguistics in the modern Japanese language and culture. I am currently working on my master's degree in applied linguistics.
Experience
I am an Indonesian with a Javanese ethnic background, residing in Prahran/Windsor, Melbourne. I have more than nine years of extensive experience teaching international students in Australia and Indonesia, Bahasa Indonesia/Indonesian Language and Culture, Javanese Language and Culture, and Japanese Language and Culture from basic to advanced levels. Teaching languages and culture is my passion, and I enjoy assisting others in their learning process. Now, I hope to share my passion and knowledge with more students of all ages and abilities. I can make complex concepts easier to understand by breaking them down into smaller, more manageable steps.
