Experience
I have worked as an ESL teacher in tertiary institutions since July 2013 delivering both General & EAP Programs to a range of levels. Prior to this I spent four years as a School Teacher and Head of Department in a large Secondary College. I maintain student engagement by providing creative lesson planning and meaningful feedback and assessment of student work through grades, and verbal and written comments on a regular basis.
