I am an English Teaching and Literature graduate from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte in Natal, Brazil. I have also completed a master's degree specializing in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) at the University of Melbourne. I have recently completed a Graduate Certificate in Education Research at the University of Melbourne.
Experience
I have 8 years of experience working as a private tutor and teacher to students in Brazil. In addition to this, I have also previously worked as the assistant coordinator and teacher for 6 years at a private school called Wise Up, which was the official English school of the 2014 World Cup. I am a holder of the Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) and the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). While I was working in Brazil, I was selected to represent the school in a national competition and, as a result of my professionalism and performance, our school was selected to represent Natal in the World Cup in 2014. At the moment, I am working as an English teacher for international and local students at a private school in the CBD of the city of Melbourne.
