Tutoring is something that I have always been interested in, since many years ago when I first began to help my younger sister with her homework. Thus I decided to become a tutor, believing that I could help others with studies that I once had trouble with myself. Some of my fellow Haileybury students have also become tutors and they describe the experience as rewarding in multiple ways, and I definitely see my career in tutoring as a fulfilling one, which comes with so many benefits that results from helping others to reach their academic goals. What I offer outside of the typical hour spent with the student is background work, meaning that I will spend extra time at no additional cost in preparing for the lesson so as to ensure maximum productivity and learning efficiency when I meet with the student. Additionally, any problem questions that trouble the student I can evaluate in time for our next lesson, ensuring all the student's queries are resolved without time wastage.
