Education
I am currently a 3rd year Physics undergraduate student on an exchange programme at The University of Melbourne. My home institution is back in Europe, United Kingdom- University College London.
Experience
I have experience in tutoring secondary school students back in Lithuania where the level of studies and material covered in both Mathematics and Physics is quite similar to the Victorian Certificate of Education. Through out my 2 first years at University College London studying Physics I was averaging First Class Degree level grades from all the subjects I have done. Secondary school I have finished with top possible grades from both Physics and Mathematics. Participated and was laureate in various Physics related olympiads and competitions. Primarily I prefer tutoring Physics and catching up with the relevant Mathematics on the way since the two go together hand in hand. Of course, I could as well do any of the subjects one at a time if preferred. Tutoring style: I would provide the student with some problems to solve individually and then during the session discuss the solutions and any relevant questions. A combination of individual and assisted work is key to successes in both of these subjects!
