I've been tutoring for a year back in France for an English family. The boy was 9 at the time and the deal was: "I teach you basic French, you teach me a new English word every week." It was the funniest thing. I'm native French. I want to be a tutor because I love to share things, words, culture. I believe in cultural exchanges, and the transmission of knowledge despite that "language-wall".
