I mainly tutor primary students in comprehension, study tips, exam preparation, class presentations, and improving reading time. I also help university students with essays, editing, and public speaking. I have years of experience working with ESL students, unfocused teenagers, and difficult assignments. I enjoy tutoring because I help students realise what they want to do after school and improve their grades enough to go after that dream. I enjoy reading fiction and mythical adventures: magic, dragons, time travel, and the constant fight of good vs. evil. I also enjoy watching Doctor Who, Adventure Time, Carl Sagan's Cosmos, and David Attenborough's many documentaries. I understand the importance of having varied activities in anyone's life, not just children's. I use examples from everyday life to relate what the student is learning in class to their own interests. Sports, stories, social interactions with friends, hobbies, and even what they look at on the internet can be linked to class lessons and adds interest for the student.
