I am currently completing a Bachelor of Secondary Education/Arts. I have a working with children's check as a requirement for my course.
Experience
I am currently tutoring four students and I would love to teach more. Although I do a couple of hours max with each student, I am more than happy to correct work they send me or hold skype calls if they need help. Therefore tutoring to me is more about acquiring more experience within the career that I am to embark upon in following years. Due to my course I am up to date with multiple methods that help students learn. Therefore I cater each lesson in accordance to the skill set, goals and ambitions of my students. I put in alot of time and effort into my students. Too often I find myself biting my nails whilst their are completing their exams. I have also attended parent teacher interviews with students and their parents in order to find out what I need to help the student with in more detail.
