I graduated from Presbyterian Ladies' College in 2014 with a GAMSAT score of 74 and a score of 76 for Section 2. I then went on to complete a Bachelor of Biomedicine degree at the University of Melbourne majoring in Anatomy. I have also completed a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Melbourne.

Hi, my name is Christine. I have an International Baccalaureate(IB) score of 44/45 (ATAR 99.85) and completed my bachelor's degree with H1 honors. I have experience working as a Maths and English Tutor for students from grade 3 up to 6, as well as providing students with assistance with Scholarship Exams and Selective Exam Preparation. I have more than 5 years of experience working as an IB tutor for students in Year 11 and 12 and am also able to offer interested students GAMSAT tutoring. Tutoring sessions with me are always student-centered, which means that my students always determine the pace at which they want to learn, as well as the topics and materials that we will focus on.

Hobbies
I enjoy teaching and have 5+ years of experience in private and group tutoring. As someone who struggled with many subjects including maths and science throughout school, I strongly believe that with the right help and hard work, anything is achievable. I have a particular interest in helping students who may be struggling to excel and have received training about tailoring teaching to different learning styles and the importance of structured feedback that promotes a growth mindset in students. I believe that giving students the right tools, motivation and foundation in primary and secondary school goes a long way. Tutoring has been an incredibly rewarding experience for me, especially when students see the fruits of their hard work and are able to achieve their dreams. As someone who has benefitted greatly from the help of teachers and mentors, I would love to pass this enthusiasm and passion on to my students.
