As a Chinese, I can speak very standard Mandarin Chinese (no local accent at all!). I can offer tutor class of speaking and writing Mandarin Chinese. What's more, if you're interested in classical Chinese literature or ancient Chinese history, I'd be very willing to offer and discuss with you that, as well as gain your unique perspective as an outsider: ) A brief teaching plan: we'll start by pinyin, then some simple Chinese characters writing which helps build up your basis of understanding Chinese; If you focus more on oral skills, common used words & phrases will follow; If you also want to learn writing, then you'll need to be an industrious student :P Or if you're interested in classical Chinese essay and poetry appreciation, let's enjoy them together, along with the interpretation of ancient Chinese moral values. I intend to do this part-time job at an interest-based level. I've got an IELTS overall band score of 7.5, guaranteeing smooth communication: )

As a Falun Gong practitioner, my ultimate interest is cultivating myself. However, I'd also love to make friends. I've become much more outgoing after 2 and half years' stay in Australia.
