While I was studying at Melbourne University, I won the Ian Holmes medal for the top student in Virology in 2014. I tutor students in Immunology, Virology, Microbiology, and Biology topics. My academic background provides me with the knowledge necessary to support others as they learn the concepts and principles covered in these subjects. As a tutor, I consider my student's learning preferences, interests, goals, and other qualities to design a plan that keeps them on track for success. We can review basic concepts to strengthen the foundation they're building on or go over more advanced topics that haven't been presented in their coursework. I can offer assistance with homework or class assignments, as well as observe to identify misconceptions. I can take a complex idea and break it down to the fundamental ideas behind it to help my student gain a stronger grasp of the material.
