Experience
I spent four years working as a landscape architect for an international office. I speak perfect English and Mandarin Chinese, allowing me to tutor my friends in those languages. As a private instructor, I am easygoing and strive to keep students as interested as possible as they study. Learning a new language is not just a mission. It is another way to express your thoughts and ideas. I aim to help my students build their fluency and confidence to allow them to effectively converse with others in Mandarin Chinese. I can teach my students vocabulary that directly relates to their goals, whether they'd like to learn the language to speak with their friends or they're planning on taking a trip. I can lead them in discussions about the culture, grammar rules, and more, as well as offer advice on improving their pronunciation.
