I have a master's degree in architecture that I earned with distinction from RMIT University. I also have a bachelor's degree in science architecture from the MARA University of Technology in Malaysia.
Experience
I have previously tutored a University of Melbourne architecture student, RMIT architecture student, and a Victoria University architectural engineering student. I have worked as an RMIT specialist computer laboratory support and an RMIT lab tutor. I also worked as an RMIT research assistant for Leanne Zilk and Dr. Jenny Underwoods. I have three years of private software tutoring experience and three years of work experience in design and construction. I am regularly involved in an architectural design competitions. My experience includes being a guest critic for Leanne Zilka Studio and a representative speaker for Emma Jackson in 2015. I was also a representative speaker for Lyons architecture studio my second semester in 2014. I was the winner of a d_lab meeting pod competition for RMIT staff, and I worked in design and fabrication for the RMIT meeting pavilion.

Hobbies
I'm highly interested in any design conversation either software development, architecture, technology or fabrication. Comfortable in teach all sort of modelling tools but prefer to teach Rhino 3D, Rhinoceros, Maya, 3D Max, Autocad, Photoshop, Adobe InDesign I can fluently teach in either Malay or English Language and not only as a tutor but more as a friend. Looking forward to assist and hopefully help someone passing through difficult times. I'm an explorer, I'm a designer, I'm a traveler, I'm a helper but most of all I'm Amir.
