Education
I graduated from Monash University in 2016 with Bachelor of Education (secondary) and Arts degrees, finishing with a distinction average. I have a major in Criminology and minors in Literature and Theatre Studies. I completed VCE in 2012 at Ivanhoe Girls' Grammar School with an ATAR of 86.70. I achieved a study score of 40 in English and also successfully completed Literature, Psychology, Maths Methods, Visual Arts, and Global Politics.
Experience
I have tutored English over the past three years and specialize in VCE English tutoring, though I am also qualified to teach legal studies. I also have formal classroom teaching experience covering years 7-12 English and years 7-9 English as part of a high achievers program. I am registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching as well. I'm primarily interested in tutoring students in years 11 and 12 who are looking for help with reading and writing. Students at that age are starting to look into universities and I want to help them put their best foot forward!
