Education
I completed the VCE at the Fintona Girls School in 2013 with an ATAR/IB equivalent of 99.65. I achieved raw study scores of 47 in English, 48 in Chemistry, 47 in Methods, 47 in Further Maths, 41 in Biology, and 40 in Japanese. I am currently a second-year dentistry student at La Trobe University. In 2014, I received an invitation to join the Golden Keys Society for being in the top 15 percent in academic results in my dentistry cohort.
Experience
Year 10 and 11 students who are planning to study units 3 and 4 next year will benefit from my summer break intensive preparation course. One hour and two hour sessions are available for students who want to increase their knowledge and accelerate their preparation for these upcoming units. Some of the subjects I offer include VCE Methods, VCE English, VCE Chemistry, VCE Maths, and maths English, and science for years 7 to 11. I have five years of experience tutoring younger students, particularly those between year 7 and year 12 in English, Further Maths, and Chemistry. I believe that every child should have the best start in their education. After all, they only have one go at it. I love making a real difference and helping students reach their full potential. As a recent VCE graduate, I know the struggles that many high school students face, and I am more than willing to provide my own study tips for time management and keeping up with school assignments. I provide engaging lessons on a one-on-one or a group basis for years 7 to 12. I have a passion for education, and my own academic record reflects much of who I am. Much of what I have to teach others comes from my own pursuits of knowledge. I believe that it is important to tailor each child's education to their needs in order to optimize their learning. Whether your child is looking to accelerate ahead of their class or they need extra help catching up on their school work, I will always be committed to improving your child's attitude towards education.
