I studied at the Universite de la Sorbonne and at the Universite de Toulouse II Le Mirail for two years. I earned my post-graduate degree in Languages and Translation for English, French, and Italian.
Experience
I have two years of experience as an English and French teacher in public schools in Italy. I spent four months as an au pair in Ireland in 2014 and taught Italian as a foreign language in France and Ireland. I am comfortable working with adults and children alike, regardless of their current skill level in their target language. I have a thorough understanding of the strategies that work best when learning a new language. I can lead students through conversation in the language they're learning to help them build comfort speaking and listening to others. I can offer insight into the cultural background of French and Italian, whether they want to explore historical events or other aspects.
