Education
I have a Bachelor of Science from the University of Würzburg in Germany. I attended the University of Würzburg from 2011 to 2014, but I spent a semester abroad at the University of Poitiers, in France in 2013. I also earned a Master of Science in Neuroscience from King's College in London in 2015.
Experience
I am 23 years of age and a native German speaker. I have one year of experience tutoring students of all ages and skill levels in German, mostly in one-on-one conversational lessons. I also enjoy teaching German to people from scratch. It is intriguing to see how quickly some students can pick it up. I have also tutored a couple of undergraduates in Neuroscience back in Germany at the end of last year, and I did a bit of freelance translating and transcribing in German, English, and French. I used to coach kids' volleyball and tennis, and I would love to keep doing that here in Melbourne. I feel delighted whenever others or myself can draw on new insights and skills related to science, languages, or everyday life.
