I completed my Bachelor of Biomedicine degree at the University of Melbourne I graduated in 2015, achieving an ATAR of 96.80, and was awarded school DUX. My VCE Biology study score was 48.

Hi, my name is Janelle! Having graduated from a small public school, I believe it is possible for everyone, no matter where you come from or what school you attend, to achieve amazing VCE results through hard work, consistency, and most importantly a deep and thorough understanding of the content you are learning! I began tutoring in 2016, helping my students gain a deep understanding and passion for Biology, with most of my students achieving study scores of 40 and above. I took a break in 2017 to focus on my own studies but want to back into tutoring as it is a passion. Having completed a Bachelor of Biomedicine, I have gained a deeper knowledge of biology and hopefully can answer the 'but why' questions of many biological processes that occur. I believe each student is extremely unique in their learning styles, so I understand the importance of teaching in various methods and explaining concepts in different ways until I find the way that is most effective to them. I am also very patient, easy-going, and understanding.
