Education
I have completed a Bachelor of Biomedicine in 2015 at the University of Melbourne, where I majored in anatomy. I graduated with a GPA of 6.6, having averaged 80+ in my last 2 years. I completed GCE A levels for my secondary education, where I received high distinctions for biology, chemistry, math, and physics.
Experience
I have 4 years of tutoring experience, helping students in secondary level sciences and university students in biology, chemistry, and anatomy. I received a medal for the best GCE AS level results in 2011 from the Colombo International School. Although I have tutored very bright students at the university level, my passion is to teach kids who have been struggling to grasp content at a high school or early university level. The transition into university can be tough, and my aim has been to use my spare time to help those get a grasp of the techniques required to excel in this transition into undergraduate study.
