Education

I have a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of South Australia as well as a Diploma in Financial Planning and a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Brokering Management from the Kaplan Institute. I have also completed my SACE schooling.

Experience

I spent time at university tutoring first year and international students in communications and writing. I enjoy tutoring because it allows me to appreciate the education I have by allowing me to give something back. I have seen the difference a tutor can make to a student's educational experience as I worked with a tutor myself while at university. I am very patient when helping people as I grew up in a family business that required me to learn patience at a very young age. I have a very calm and approachable nature, and I am able to connect with any student as I am exposed to people of different cultures through my work, family, and friend circles every day. Since university, I have worked extensively in sales as a financial planner, bank manager, and a senior lender for a Big 4 Bank. I currently work for the government in a business development role. This has taught me how to build and maintain professional relationships through strong communication skills and technical abilities.

Hobbies

Fitness and Wellbeing is something that is very important to me. I spend time looking after myself physically and mentally and am currently in the process of completing my Certificate III & IV in Personal Training. I also enjoy cooking and learning about Nutrition. I believe that a major key to success is to have a strong mind, so I look for ways to better educate my thinking through reading and researching worldwide success stories.
