Education
I completed my VCE at Luther College completing German, Maths Methods, English Literature, Psychology, and Art. I received an ATAR of 97.9. I then earned a double degree in Primary Education and Arts at Monash University, majoring in International Studies and German. I had a GPA of 3.462, meaning I received only High Distinctions and some Distinctions throughout my course. I earned a WAM of 78.9.
Experience
Through doing regular university student placements and my profession as a swim teacher, I have a large amount of teaching experience to benefit my tutoring skills. I am proficient in German, but have also volunteered in an English school in rural Cambodia and have therefore gained experience with teaching content to students of mixed-language backgrounds. I have worked as a private tutor since my completion of VCE, specialising in Mathematics and English tutoring between the years of 8 and 12. I also have a passion for teaching younger children and would love to extend my tutoring to this age level.
