I graduated in 2015 as the Dux of College with an ATAR of 99.90, receiving state ranks in Maths (9th), Physics (5th), and Chemistry (5th). I am currently a 2nd Year Bachelor of Biomedicine student at the University of Melbourne under the Chancellor's Scholars Program, as a recipient of the Melbourne National Scholarship. I have also had qualifications from Universities for competing in the Tournament of the Towns and Maths Olympiad, achieving in the top 100 of Australia. I have received scholarship offers from the University of Melbourne, the University of Sydney, the University of Western Australia, the University of New South Wales, and Monash University.
Experience
In Year 12 I studied English Literature, Maths Methods, Specialist Methods, Physics, and Chemistry. I have 2 years of experience tutoring students in grades 7 to 12 through independent tutoring and school programs. As a tutor, I have a positive attitude and strive to help my students reach their full potential. I have a friendly and casual teaching style that is both efficient and effective, and I am more than happy to cater to the needs of students with different learning styles. Depending on what my students need, I am able to work through textbooks with them or prepare my own notes and questions. I would prefer tutoring at the University of Melbourne, the State Library, or anywhere in the vicinity of the city. I am able to offer students tutoring in maths, science, and English, as well as general assignment help for grades 6 to 10. In addition to this, I can offer Year 11 and 12 VCE Maths Methods, English, Chemistry, and Physics.
