An experienced maths tutor in all years up to year 12. My tutoring style can be suited to your needs, otherwise I usually go through the text book to explain any difficult concepts or anything that the student is having trouble with. At the beginning of each lesson, I usually give the student a 15 minute test under timed conditions, which will cover the content of the previous lesson. This way, I will know which area the student needs more help with and they are more likely to benefit from the lessons if they revise previous content prior to the lesson. I also keep a detailed record of which areas they have issues with the most so that they can be revisited before exams.
