Education
I completed my VCE at Ballarat Grammar School in 2004. I earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Melbourne and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from RMIT University.
Experience
During my civil engineering studies, I received HD's for my drafting subjects - AutoCAD for civil engineers and computer applications. In the last few years, I have tutored Further Maths and General Maths. I am familiar with creating lesson plans, but I am also capable of being flexible and focusing on specific issues if that is what is necessary. I am currently employed as the project drafter working on the Australian Grand Prix. I have been in this role for more than a year now, using AutoCAD 8+ hours a day. I have learned a lot during this time, and I am looking forward to passing my knowledge to others. I mainly tutor AutoCAD 2D, but I have been branching into 3D recently, and I can help with that.

Hobbies
I like reading and travelling (when I can). This year I've taken up rock climbing at a local bouldering gym. It's an excellent combination of puzzle and exercise, and is really quite addictive. I also want to start teaching myself some basic carpentry/woodworking, to see if I can cobble together some furniture items. And I would love to buy a motorbike to go cruising outside the city on weekends.
