I earned my Arts Degree in Governmental Policies in 2011. I completed my Honors degree in Administrative Science and Public Policies in 2013. I obtained my master's with high distinction in Studies of European Islam in 2014. I won the prize for the Best Thesis of 2014. Experience
From 2007 to 2016, I conducted lectures across a variety of courses, including the Advanced Training Course for Intercultural Facilitators, the Sociology of Human Rights course at the University of Padua, the Advanced Professional Development course for intercultural mediators, a sociology course at the University of Rovigo, Cultural Diversity and Identity for undergrads at Monash University, and within the Meeting of Migrant Settlement Committee in Melbourne. I have worked in Kindergarten, Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Education, and I have extensive experience in teaching the Italian language, Sociology, History, and Arts to people of all ages and levels. I often worked with people from different ethnic backgrounds, and I am specialized in teaching children and young people with difficulties, such as ADD or Dyslexia. I worked for two years at the International English School in Padua, Italy, with children and kids who spoke native English. Moreover, I worked as an English teacher at a primary school. I have experience in teaching people with disabilities from primary to tertiary levels, both in Italian and English. I am currently giving private lessons to people of different ages and levels in Italian, as well as Sociology and Political Sciences in English. I find it extremely rewarding to teach my students Italian, both formal and informal, and see them writing, reading, and speaking correctly. I am happy to teach not only Italian grammar, but also Italian culture in general, such as Literature, History, and the arts. My teaching method is highly interactive. I use a variety of resources to fill a large range of needs. I always adapt my method to the student's needs, motivation, and goals. Furthermore, I am a positive person, and I am sure that the student can gain new knowledge through repetition and a wide range of examples. I can meet with students as often as they'd like.
